A New Way to Measure What Happens Between Clinic Visits
Noted explores whether continuous caregiver observations can become a new source of longitudinal clinical measurement. We're looking for researchers, clinicians, and aging organizations interested in helping answer that question.
Where we are today
Noted is a working prototype designed to transform everyday caregiver observations into structured longitudinal clinical signals. We are currently seeking collaborators to evaluate workflow, feasibility, and study design before pursuing formal validation.
The underlying signal is not in question — informant report is already an accepted clinical measure. What has not been established is what changes when those observations are collected continuously rather than retrospectively. That is the open question, and it is not one company's to settle.
Looking for collaborators
Researchers — Anyone working on informant report, ecological momentary assessment, or longitudinal measurement design in older adults.
Memory clinics — Clinicians who can tell us what would actually be usable inside a fifteen-minute visit.
Graduate students — Several of the open questions on slide 2 are unclaimed and would make a thesis.
Caregiver programs — Organizations who can tell us whether a daily cadence is realistic for the families they serve.
Health systems — Teams thinking about home-based signal in the interval between encounters.
